Egwu Ngala – Igbo Dance Choreography
Focuses on traditional choreography built on the 9 key principles of Igbo dance. Each class introduces a new choreography highlighting one of these principles, allowing students to develop skill, confidence, and cultural pride with every step.
JoILT Dance – Journey of Igbo Land Through Dance
Explore Igbo culture through a unique dance series. Each class takes students on a journey through one of seven Igbo states—Abia, Anambra, Delta, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo, and Rivers—teaching state-specific dance styles along with a brief history. Choose from 6-week courses or shorter workshops for an immersive cultural experience.
Egwu Rhythms – Igbo Dance Fitness
A fun, high-energy fitness class inspired by Zumba, where dance meets movement for a full-body workout while celebrating Igbo rhythms.
Egwu Ndu – Igbo Dance Wellness Program
Boost fitness, mindfulness, and joy through cultural movement. Designed for overall wellness, Egwu Ndu connects body, mind, and spirit while celebrating life (ndu) through dance.
